Why have i not noticed weight loss?
on may 1st i have began eating very healthy, although i have not been exercising besides my hour hour of school dance monday through friday although when i get out of school on the 31st i am going to begin going to the gym atleast 4 to 5 times a week that's not the point though, i have lost 8 pounds starting at 160 and now i am 152 pounds only 20 more to go but why don't i notice any weight loss whatsoever? it's really hard to stay motivated when i am not seeing a change...

What foods are essential to weight loss....?

I am 25 years old , 5 ft 8 inch and 78kg.

I work out 5x a week and almost finished my second week of my weight loss journey?
I'm 5'10 200 lbs and my goal is 175 for now at least. I do 5 miles of cardio 1 mile interval training on treadmil and 4 miles on the bike for a total of 5 miles. The cardio is probably about a half hour total and the other 40 minutes or so are devoted to weights and machines. I do feel tighter especially by my waist closing in on the 2nd week here but have seen no weight loss. I only drink unsweetened iced tea and water, no fast food, only grilled chicken, apple slices, grapes, and stuff like that. I'm curious how long you would think it should take at this rate for me to reach my goal. I just turned 23. Thanks

I need weight loss advice?
I think I have a pretty healthy diet, I'm not gaining any additional weight from it. So if I start exercising now will I start losing weight? I was thinking of taking up walking, jogging and things like that.

Gluten/Lactose Intolerant with PCOS & Fibromyalgia- is this a good diet to follow for weight loss?
I am currently on week 4 of Atkins induction. In this time I have only lost 4 pounds. I have 40lbs to lose to get to a healthy normal weight for a girl of 5'3" in mid 20's . I am in ketosis per the Ketosticks . I have seen improvements in my PCOS, and less water retention....but I don't know if I can do the Atkins forever I have been gluten sugar lactose free for a month, and all I have to show for it is 4lbs and feeling tired and nauseated most of the time because of the very minimal options. I know that it takes time to lose weight, because it took a while to put it on, but I don't know if I can keep on with just eating meat and vegetables and water I miss fruits and an occasional yogurt. My husband is doing the plan with me and has lost over 10lbs and down a few pants sizes I feel like I would be disappointing him if I give up. Is there a healthy alternative to this diet? South Beach looks pretty similar, except you can have whole grains which I can't have. If I keep to the Atkins plan where as I am not consuming, flour, sugar, wheat, white starch etc., and incorporated fruits, almond milk, more salads, and lean proteins mainly organic, unprocessed foods could I still see weight loss? Without wondering if I am over 20 carbs? I am in tears partially due to TOM which for the first time is ON time and am so sick of eating this way. I have a hard time exercising due to the fibromyalgia, but have been trying to get outside every evening to do yard work.. I would appreciate any thoughts on this Please

Since I only have one day of school left, and it's practically summer, I want to lose weight. Our summer is 2 months long, but ill have gone on vacation in June for about 3 weeks. I have a treadmill at home though, but I need to know how long ill have to workout on it and how much weight will I lose if I can even see any results regardless of the 3 months I won't be able to workout?
