Weight maintenance and little weight loss workouts?
I've been doing beachbody programs insanity , the asylum , p90x for about 7 months .... I really love interval training and now I am really in shape .... although I'm starting to get bored of these programs I love the intensity . If I do normal workouts and continue to eat healthy will I gain back some weight because they easier workouts ?
How long should your weight loss workouts be?
I usually workout after breakfast for up to 30 mins. EVERYDAY. Is that enough?? Yesterday I only did 10 minutes. Lol. But it was really intense in my defense lol and I was really sore. Lol.

im 16, about 5'3" and about 120 pounds, im trying to lose some weight.i workout about 4 times a week and burn almost 400 calories each time.i eat about 1200 1300 cals per day.do you think i will go into starvation mode by doing this? and dont say i shouldnt lose weight, because i dont care any tips?thank you
What is a good weight loss workout to use at the gym?
I just joined a gym so that I can better my health and loose quite a bit of weight. the goal is 100lbs The problem is that I don't know where to start I have mostly been walking jogging on the treadmill. I mostly want to burn fat, but I wouldn't mind gaining a little muscle as well. I found a website that gave me a good idea of what I should do, but this gym is limited in what we have as far as equipment. We dont have a stair stepper or a rowing machine. What could I use to replace those?Also what do you think of this workout page? I don't want to kill myself working out but I don't want to be a pansy either. What's the best weight loss workout DVD on the market?
My girlfriend wants to lose weight and wants a good workout DVD. Anyone out there had good results with any particular one? We've tried zumba and wasn't really what she wanted. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Im about 6'3 195 pounds. im not fat but i have a belly i would like to lose. i just had a question about protein and eating before and after workouts. Would it be a good idea to eat a protein bar for breakfast and than have a protein shake after working out?Just wanted to know if this would be a good idea, my workouts include weights and running.Thanks

Weight loss workout question? which is better , pros and cons?
I am 13 years old, in the middle of spring im signing up for soccer with my best friend and then in about 2 weeks at most im running the mile. I am really really out of shape. I weight about 155 lbs and im short so its all compacted 5'5 and I would really like to become a better runner and not a total embarrasment when i run my mile infront of all my classmates. Of course i will diet and its all planned out but which would be better because my dad is going to buy either or. Treadmill. Walk for 30 minutes. every night i cant run because there is someone below us who complains all the time about noise 30 push ups and 50 sit ups. OR OR OR elliptical for 30 45 minutes every night , 30 pushups the girly way and a mixture of different kinds of crunches and situps prob about 15 25 each which would give me better results and shapen me up and help me weigh 115 lbs? My dad was considering the bowflex treadclimber but its just too expensive39 minutes ago 4 days left to answer.Additional DetailsI cant sign up for a gym or go out running, because i have extremely bad anxiety and im kind of socially awkward.
