I'm 19 male, I weight 268 and im 5'11. What are the best weight loss pills out there?
Is Xenadrine or 7-DFBX weight loss pills more effective with less side effects but more weight loss?

Weight loss pills causing serious problems.. help please?
Last year i visited the doctor after using weight loss pills and he told me i had a problem with my liver..it didn't sound too big so i didn't do anything about it I'm 17 i continued to take them and lost 20kgs in 1 2months... During that time, i was starving my self and also took the pills.It's been a year later and i want to lose much more weight, i'm 76kgs and 5'11 height male.It's been a week, and i've been taking these pills but these ones are much stronger,and i havnt eaten over 100 calories for a 10 days now. lost 6 kgs atm I use to have so many strange painful symptoms last year but the pain I'm going through now is just scaring me ...I can't help but to feel so guilty when i eat, even if it's a grape i feel as if i've added 10kgs.Here are my symptoms atm yellow eyes very dark urine bad headache shaking bad chest pain can't swallow, breathe, eat or drink anything without feeling a sharp pain my left eye hurts for some reason.. i have also noticed that my patch of thin hair has gone much worse... LOTS of blackouts when i do the slightest of things stand up, turn, sit, etc I'm scared to go to the doctors because i want to continue to lose weight and just ignore these symptoms and i don't want my mother worrying once again ...It's not anorexia i'm 76 freaking kgs and i swear to god after reading all these comments i feel so freaking woozy but i don't want to scare my little brother as we're home alone atm..i guess i'll seek help once i feel very horrible to the point where i can't move

Yeah, I was looking into Weight Loss or diet that help you lose weight when you just sitting? I" m not lazy person. It just I work 13 hours for 5 days. I am a EMT all my day is sitting in an ambulance for 90 % of the day. and other 10 %. I try go to the gym when I get home. but the gym closes at 9. I get home at 7 30, I dont have time for the ful work out gym. I do sometimes get a chance to walk around my college when i go on the weeks end.. But long story short. It they a weight pils you can take that burns fat when you sitting or sleeping. I just wanna lose 30pds by the summer.Weight pills are not effective. Even if you do lose weight, it will all come back. Your lose vital organs and muscles and water weight with diet pills. Search what interval training is, it is short and effective and burns fat even while you're sleeping.VVVVV Yea I trying running..
