How to get weight loss motivation?
I am 16 and I have been overweight my whole life and i would really love to change that but I feel like I have no motivation and that I am always doing it for reason's like guy's, acceptance from peers parent's etc. and that I never really do it for myself but I hate how I look, I look in the mirror and I feel disgusted that I look the way I do and that I let myself get this large, it also doesn't help that I'm 5 feet tall, oh and I weigh about 215, gross I know. But I just don't know how to stop and be like enough is enough. Half the time I'm not even hungry when I eat. But I really do want to change because I'm tired of my obesity controlling my life, I wanna do so much but my weight holds me back from everything. I'm in high school I should be enjoying my time not constantly worrying about my weight and if people are going to make fun of me. I just really need some motivation tips on how to begin my weight loss and stick with it. I want to lose about 110 pounds.

im 16 and i weigh 11st 4 lb im 5 ft 7 im not really fat but if i continue with my eating habits then i definitely will be i eat so much junk food and then i feel guilty every few weeks i get motivated to be healthy and but my motivation only lasts a couple of days and then im back to my old habits i end up thinking " one ice cream wont hurt" etc but it does anyone have ideas to help me stick to healthy eating this time?

River island have this massive 25 % off all jeans thing going on and there are 2 pairs of jeans in there i really want to get and want to fit into and look good in so do you think its worth investing in the jeans in the size i want to be for a good motivation technique?I need to lose about 20lbs and it may take about 2 3 months but at least i have something extra to motivate me and i could try the jeans on once a week to see how far off i am to fully fitting into them Good or bad motivation plan?

I really need to lose weight now and everything I try doesn't seem to work actually it works then I get bored I really need help with the motivation side of things. I know how to eat healthy and to exercise. I was doing Slimming World which I enjoyed a bit but when I got ill and couldn't exercise at the same time and ate bad things I became so demotivated that I stopped.I really need to lose weight for my health first and foremost then to look good at my friends wedding in October oh and her hen in September. But even these can't seem to motivate me If anyone has had this problem with motivation and has found a great source online to help please let me in on your secret Mwah Maz

Need help with weight loss motivation!?
So my second son is almost 1 I'm still BReastfeeding. Back in May I lost 20 pounds, just by writing my daily intake down and not eating junk and exercising. I know Hoyle to do it, but can't get the motivation. I make meals snacks for the kids all day long, then after the kids are in bed I make my husbands lunch for the next day. So I find myself snacking ALL day long. I've gained back my 20 pounds. I have a total of 35 pounds now to reach my goal. My husband is gone 14 hrs of the day and it's tough to find the motivation. We are always on the move playdates park and walks. I just bought a jogging stroller an have been using it. I need some tips for motivation, what have u used to help? Any websites forums??? I've tried weight watchers for 3 mths, but I never got online to enter all my food. It's a lot harder since I'm still bfing and trying to keep a good milk supply.

So my new years resolution last year was to lose weight. Which I did. Towards the end of the year I lost a lot of motivation. So I set weight loss as this years resolution as well thinking a fresh start would motivate me again but it hasn't. I have also joined a gym this year. so im a teenage girl around 5'9 tall and 170 lbs heavy and i wanna loose some weight, cause i just feel uncomfortable with my bodyso i started going on a diet 2 months ago and i hit the gym...that worked for 2 weeks or sobut then i started to eat stuff i shouldnt eat, i cut out grains, sweets, sodas, sugars and mostly fats and went to the gym 1 2 times a week not 3 4 times i always tell myself that i have to hold on and dont cheat on my diet but everytime i end up eating too much even though i started good in the morning...it really disturbs me, do you have any tips or motivations for me? i just dont want to lumber food into me that isnt good for methanks for the answers
