What are some easy ways for teens to lose weight?
I am 15. I have gained some weight. I still dont think that i am fat, but I'm definitely not skinny. I'm almost 5'8" , and my arms are pretty muscular. I live on a farm and i do a lot of work, but my thighs are pretty pudgy. What are some easy ways to lose weight, mainly on my thighs, or at least tone them somewhat?

I'm 13, 5'2 and 131 lbs. I'm quite skinny everywhere except for my stomach, I literally look pregnant I'm a virgin so no, I am not pregnant . What are some fun easy ways to lose weight? Like yoga or water aroebics. I heard 15 minutes of water aroebics adds up to 45 minutes of walking but I'm too young to do that. Any other suggestions? Thanks I'm in boxing, classes are 2 days a week one hour classes .

What are some easy ways for teens to lose weight? I'm going to start running soon every chance I can get.Volleyball has also started, and we do quite a lot of sit ups, push ups, conditioning, and we run about a half mile every day 5 days. I'm 14, 8th grade, 5'8" , and 153 pounds. I feel huge compared to all the 5'0" , 100 pound girls in my grade.
