Another summer weight loss Q....?
I just got back from my freshman year of college, and needless to say, I gained some weight. I do have a BMI that puts me into the " overweight range" 5'5'' 156 lbs . I really want to lose the weight before I go back for my sophomore year. I have about 2 1 2 months before I go back. Do you think I can get down to 130? 26 lbs ...I know it is a good amount, but I think it is doable. If so, please share your best dieting fitness secrets Thanks
Tips for a 15 year old summer weight loss?
I apologize in advance for the potential wall of text that I am about to type First, I am a 15 year old male, I'm about 5'7 and 195 lbs. I am getting really sick of this extra weight. I always tell myself " starting now I'm going to be healthy, etc." Well, that never happens obviously. I don't really get made fun of for my weight, but every now and then the little fat joke happens, and I get really embarrassed. I will be a sophomore next year, and summer vacation is coming up in about a month. This summer I plan on being active a lot. Unfortunately, I live in Houston, TX. So it's freakin' hot this summer. What I need are some helpful tips for me to keep an active lifestyle. I'd like to build up some muscle too, so some tips for that would be helpful also. Some facts about my current diet and exercise it's crappy. I drink way, way, WAY too much Dr. Pepper. I think I'm addicted to it. My family also gets into little binds where we all get home late and end up eating fast food. This is happening a lot more lately also. I literally can't remember the last time we had a home made dinner together that wasn't a holiday meal. I try and eat breakfast every day but it's usually just a waffle. Another thing, my family is pretty much all overweight too. I've brought up the whole " we're fat, we need to be healthy" thing, but it doesn't seem to get through to them. I want to take initiative for myself and hopefully my family will see me becoming healthier and follow in my footsteps. My last point is that I have insane problems with portion size. I end up eating most if not all of the stuff on my plate, even if I'm stuffed halfway through. I have no idea why, I think it's a mental thing. I feel bad if my parents pay for it and I don't eat it all. I feel like it's a waste of money. I also am not a fan of taking stuff home no idea why. Anyway, I would really appreciate if I could get some tips to lose some weight and gain muscle, so I can go back to school tomorrow and surprise everyone, and also feel better being myself. Thanks
Is my summer weight loss goal possible?
Ok my summer weight loss goal is to be 135 140 pounds. Right now I weigh 171.5 pounds and at the beginning of the summer I was 175. My workout routine consists of running 1 or 2 miles then doing squats lunges and crunches. I have cut out sodas, and I don't eat past 7 00 p.m. Do I really have a chance of reaching my goal by the end of summer?
Fast summer weight loss?
I have 27 days until my school lets off for Summer break, but I've decided to give myself 30 to lose 20 pounds. I am in the worst shape I've been in my life, and I'm still a teenager. I feel like my arms jiggle to much, my butt is to big, my theighs have to much fat on them.Those are the three things I really want to target my thighs, butt, and arms. Hell, even just my butt and theighs is fine with me.I want them smaller, and firmer, and more toned and I have 30 days to do that. I suck at dieting, because I just end up not eating, but I'm willing to do hardcore workouts. I can't afford to buy anything, so what can I do in order to achieve my goal? I need a bikini ready body, because I'm hitting the beach with a few friends in May and one of them has done sports all her life, fits into a size 3, and has no jiggle anywhere.Another one is 9 months pregnant, but before she got pregnant she was a double 0. Her legs still fit in to size 1 pants, and I know within a month of having her son she'll be tiny again.I used to fit into a 5, which is pushing it for me, but now i'm a TEN I've been really sick and that made me put on some weight. I shot up from 120 to 140 in 3 months. I need to lose it all, fast What can I do?

hey there, thanks for taking the time to read this. In two weeks I start summer vacation, and then I'll be moving into my senior year. I'm looking to lose the largest amount of weight that I can, but by doing it safely. I lost a lot of weight last summer, too, and kept it off while still slowly losing more throughout the school year. Now, I am looking to finally end my weightloss battle that I've been fighting since I was in elementary school. I'm close, if I can just reach my goal by the start of senior year. I'm not sure how much weight I need to lose, but I still have a lot of extra weight on me so it needs to be a higher amount. I have roughly 2 and 1 2 to 3 months to lose it. is it healthy to lose 2 pounds a week, making it about 25 or so pounds before senior year starts?hopefully you see where I'm trying to go with this. as much as possible in the time i have. so while you're helping me out, can you also give me some good diets and fitness guides to look over? help me finally reach my goal and end the battle
Can someone help me make a summer weight loss plan?
Hi I currently weigh 173 pounds, 5'7, female. I am starting college in 103 days. I feel like losing the weight will give me the confidence I need to meet new people and make new friends. I have self esteem issues that really hold me back in doing so, and the main reason for that would be the weight I carry. I would ideally like to lose 35 40 pounds. I think that my goal is pretty obtainable in the time frame I am working with. I have been seriously trying to lose weight for about 2 years now. Since my heaviest I have lost 14 pounds. I know that I can do it I just need a plan that I can stick to Can anyone offer me a plan to follow? I do not eat meat, poultry, chicken etc. but I do eat fish occasionally. I hope to keep a low carb, low fat, high protein, high fiber diet.I do exercise occasionally, but I want my plan to consist of 65 % diet, 35 % exercise.I'm sorry if I'm asking too much But I want to start all this tomorrow Thank you very much for taking the time to read this

Help with a summer weight loss regimen?
Hi, I'm 14 almost 15..female. This summer I'm set on losing some weight and want it to be my main focus. Currently I'm roughly 150 lbs. and five foot six. I'm still having a difficult time on getting together what exercise routines I'll do and what kind of foods I'll eat. Obviously I know what's healthy and not healthy, but I need some help. I like to be very routine oriented and planned out. Also any motivational or inspiring quotes I can remember? Anything you have to say will help. Thanks
If i run 3-5 miles a day for the whole summer (Weight loss)?
how much weight can i drop. im 16 weigh 190 lbs. i am 5ft 10. i hope to get to 165 170 i just dont know how long it will take? i started my weight loss journey at 230 lbs so im down 40 and hope to drop 20 25 more. I am going to eat really healthy therefore eating junk wont be a problem. do you think the summer is enough time to lose 20 lbs?

I want to lose at least five to ten pounds over the summer, mostly around my stomach, my thighs n butt and other stuff i dont care about as much as my chubby stomach. I've made a list of goals to achieve this Summer I do this a lot . 1 on my list was to get down to weighing 110 pounds. I am currently 132 pounds.So 22 pounds to lose in 2 1 2 months. I would like to have a FLAT stomach, and thin my thighs.What I need to know Exercises for my stomach, to flatten it. Exercises to thin my thighs legs. hey guys,My goal for this summer is to lose tighten up my extra weight.so, I was planning on riding down to one of my local beaches 3 times a week, its 15 miles there & 15 back. 75 miles a week in total & my bike does have gear settings & stuff.I was wondering if this will actually help with my goal. along with watching what I eat, etc. So... does anyone know if it will?
