Rapid weight loss ideas 10kg in 1-1 1/2 months?
Ok so am a 16 year old male 6foot tall and i currently weight 93KG. In February i got on the scales and was shocked to weigh 103 KG, so i went on a diet and by April i had lost 13KG i went of the diet and put on 3Kg eating what i wanted in 2 months. i now want to reach 80KG by mid July, when i go on holiday. My original diet was calorie counter, between 500 1200 calories a day. Please don't say 'your fat ' or that diet isn'tt healthy' or 'it cant be done, because it can be done, and other comments will be ignored, i will have time soon for around 30m 1hour exercise a day.
