Can't lose weight no matter what?
I'm a female, seventeen years old, 6 ft tall and 178 pounds. I do a lot of physical activity like running and two hours minimum of cheerleading daily. I also excercise at home and the gym. I eat very few calories. And a lot less than my " twig" friends. But I don't lose weight I've gotten so upset about it that I'll starve myself or self harm. It's horrible and I hate it. I want to be skinny like other girls. What are things that I can do? I'm being tested for PCOS. If they give me medicine for that, will I lose weight?Also, I eat healthily. I am a vegetarian, don't drink soda only water , and avoid junk foods. I count calories as well.

I am a 14 year old girl. I used to be q bit plump, though not overweight. I was really self concious, and wanted to lose that weight, so I started exercising and dieting. I have lost quite a lot of weight,but still in the healthy wright range, and I did feel good about myself, full of confidence and very happy. But people around me started to notice that I was dieting, and my parents are now forcing me to eat ALOT each meal time, and if I dont, they force me to eat and sit there until I finish every single piece of food. In school, my friends also force ne to eat, making fun of me when I dont. It's only been about 1.5 weeks into this forcing me to eat thing, and im already starting to gain weight. I hate it, but I also know that dieting is bad for me. But even eating with a normal diet for the past few weeks, and even with exercise, I am still gaining weight is there anything I can do any reason why? Im really sad and I always get mad at my parents and friends, even though I know they wantthe best for me, but honestly, I really dont want to go back to being plump again.

Need to lose weight for summer -- FAST!!?
I'm 15 years old, female. Last year I was about 5'8 and 114 pounds at the lightest in the summer which I was okay with and I looked fine. It was partially because I got stomach flu for a couple weeks and lost weight and then I had my wisdom teeth out and was on a liquid diet for a couple weeks as well. I maintained that weight for a while but during christmas and from thereon after I kind of let go. I'm a long distance runner and a figure skater and once running was over at the end of fall my weight just went way up. I did do track and field this spring but I sprained my knee figure skating and I haven't done any physical activity in 2 and a half weeks because of it. So now I'm about 5'8 and a half and 137 pounds. My muscles seem to have all turned to fat and I don't have abs anymore. I look awful in a bathing suit and I feel uncomfortable wearing tight clothes and I feel and look bloated all the time. I want to go on a liquid diet but I can't because my mom always makes me lunch for school and is always there when I eat breakfast and dinner. I will start running and skating again once my knee is healed but I need to get rid of the fat now. Please help Thanks

I keep losing weight by accident?
It worries me...I set a goal weight for myself and I achieved it, but now, my body is continuing to lose weight I went from 122 to 120.5, then 120 to 119, and now as of this morning I'm at 117.5 pounds. I have started exercising nearly everyday now, which I assume is contributing to this weight loss, but I don't like it. I'm not trying to lose weight anymore, just maintain. I have lost weight the next day even when I eat dessert or a lot of food the day prior...and I'm not sure HOW.Is there anything I can do to stop dropping pounds?
