Will this help me lose weight quickly?
Starting next week or so, I'm going to go swimming at least 3 4 times a week. When I go, I plan on swimming consistently for at least an hour.I eat relatively healthy.I'm " normal" weight for my height, however I have grown super self concious over my stomach. It's nothing major, it's just like a little bit of fat that I really do not like....Can I get a flatter stomach by summer 2012?I also can't do vigarous exercises. I can't run because I have a very bad knee. I walk my dog everyday for about 20 min at a fast speed, but I've come to the realization that I definitely need to become healthier and exercise more.
If I consume 900-1100 calories a day, & can't really change that, hope could I lose weight quickly?

I want to lose around 10 pounds. I want to be 85 90 pounds by the end of February. And don't worry I'm short and that's a good weight my doctor said so what should I be eating and stuff? How many calories? I'm 5'1. Yesterday I ate, a tuna sandwhich for lunch, noodles and 1 3 of a granola bar, when I got home I had a tuna sandwhich and fell asleep lol. I woke up like an hour ago p is that a good amount of food? I usually eat dinner so probably like 500 calories more then what I ate yesterday. Also I need a diet buddy someone to keep me motivated and not quit like every other time I diet. Or if I want to eat like a cupcake I can msg them so they will stop me. Thanks for your time

I want to stop throwing up and I'm doing ok, better than last week anyway...see I was in a psych ward for 5 weeks in September and I didn't eat for 3 weeks and lost 8 kilos which now means I have a terribly slow metabolism. I have gained 10 kilos since then which I really hate and I am so miserable. But not I am at a healthy weight, but I really desperately want to lose weight. My diet is really bad even on the days I don't vomit it up...I can eat so much chocolate sometimes a whole block to myself and then I can eat a sandwich and still be hungry and I'll eat more fatty fried foods and more sweet things and lots of carbs, soft drink, not many vegetables or fruits...what can I do and how can I lose at least 7 kilos in two weeks? Is it possible?

Dear fellow yahooers, I'm a 14 year old freshman with a bit of a weight problem. I weigh around 278 pounds, I retain water like a sponge, and I binge eat. I've tried different methods of weight loss, such as diet pills, anorexia, and bulimia, but none of them have seemed to work for me. I'm desperate to lose weight. Although I'm never teased about my weight I know that I can't possibly be healthy which in turn is causing me to be very unhealthy. I live in a slightly low income household, so eating healthy is sometimes difficult. We try to buy healthy foods, but everyone in my house just loves junk food too much to completely let it go. Plus, junk food is always cheaper than healthier foods. I like running and exercising, but I'm very shy and self conscious about doing it around others. And also when I come home from school, around 2 45, I'm too tired and or I have too much homework to exercise. In the apartment complex I live in we have a gym, but I always feel awkward going in there because there are always older teenagers hanging out and drinking vodka in there. Does anybody have any suggestions solutions to my problem? If anyone did that would be extremely helpful and I'd be eternally grateful. P.S. What is the appropriate weight range for someone my age?My height is 5" 6'.
How do you lose weight quickly when you're not fat?
According to my BMI, I'm not overweight. I'm 5'5 and I weigh 64 kg I normally gain weight on my hips and thighs but I want to drop about 9 kg so that I'll be a UK size 8. The problem is that when I was heavier, I lost weight very easily but now I'm struggling. I did manage to reach 59 kg last year but I couldn't go any lower and I gained some weight back within a month . It's really frustrating and I need a way to speed up my metabolism. Please don't recommend dieting and exercising because I already do this, I need something more to give me the boost.

I am sixteen years of age and weigh around 210 pounds with the height of 5'4. I am overweight, and I want to know a good way to lose it, hopefully and preferably quickly, but do you know any ways? I'm open to most things. I want to get down to 150, which is a lot to lose, but I know I can do it if I have a good plan. Which I don't. Suggestions?
