Tips to lose weight quick?
I wish I could work out but I work 60hours a week at times. I'm 21years old. I'm 5'11 and weigh 160s when I wake up. And 170 at the end of the day. I'm not fat. But I have a tiny belly which people can see if I have no shirt on. I used to be at 150 due to moving around alot. But the past year I kind of let myself go because of this new job. How much calories should I eat a day? Id like to get back to 150 in the next month or 2.

Okay, well this guy I like has told me that I need to lose some weight quickly or he can't be with me. Before I go on I would like to say that he is totally right, I do need to lose weight, and I actually really appreciate his honesty. Anyway, I've been on a healthy eating regime, as well as taking regular exercise. Unfortunately though the weight it only coming off by around 2 5 pounds per week. He has told me that he wants me to lose it quicker, but I really don't know how.I really, really, really, want to please him. I'm trying by best, just want to know if anyone has any helpful tips to get it off me quicker. I've cut out almost all carbohydrates, most meats, almost all sugars, and I'm majorly cutting back on dairy and gluten.So yeah, any tips or tricks?

well first i have lost 2 stone already over the past year and im only 15..so its a pretty great achievement for me because basically i was really big so now i need to loose 1 stone 2lbs to get down to a healthy weight and basically i was thinking would i loose weight quicker if i had a normal breakfast only an apple for dinner and a healthy meal for tea? with also alot of exercise how much do you think i would loose a week? plllease help

I'm a 16 year old male, 222lbs, 6'1. I play football which recently ended. Since then i have been trying to lose weight. I burn about 1,600 2000 calories a day. I want to eat about 2000 calories. I run 800 calories in the morning and 800 at night. I do intervals of strength training as well. I would like to get to about 180lbs in 6 months. Is there any way i can do this ? Am I doing it right? Will I lose weight if i eat 2000 calories as well as the calories i burn? Whats a good way to not be hungry all the time? And say i eat 2000 calories a day. Will burning 1600 2000 calories a make me lose weight? Or will it just burn off the stuff i ate? Should i be taking diet pill if so what kind? Any Tips will gladly be Appreciated.PLEASE HELP........THANKS

How to get in shape/lose weight quicker?
I'm about 15 pounds heavier than I'd like to be and I'm already getting healthier I hike every other day, eat complete balanced meals, I don't eat junk food drink soda since the start of the year. It's frustrating because it's really hard and I'm not seeing any results so far. I keep getting discouraged because I'm working out with friends who were the same size as me, we exercise the same amount, and they are seeing results.
