If this my BMR, and this is how many calories burned, how many calories to lose weight?
I'm 20. My basal metabolic rate is 1,800 this 1,800 DOES NOT take into account exercise . Everytime I exercise, I burn 250 calories. Yes, I actually have the amount of calories burned CALCULATED. Trust me. It's accurate. I exercise 10 hours per week, 7 days a week.Should I be aiming to eat 1,300 calories a day as I read you should eat 500 calories less than your BMR in order to lose weight ? Or should I be eating more less calories per day?

How many calories to lose weight?
Naturally and effectively I want to lose the pounds. I weight on average 121 and I am 5 foot 5 in. A healthy weight but still not what I used to weight prior to birth control and a lack of exercise. I eat very healthy. Nothing fried. No red meat. Nothing with cheese. However, I am not sure for someone like me how many calories will be enough for me to start losing the weight. I walk a lot throughout the day on campus but I can't exercise EVERY day. It's just not doable. 3 times a week is though and I usually do about an hour in that time on the treadmill. Is this enough to get down to my goal weight of 116? HELP

I'm currently on the Slimming World plan and am doing ok I've lost 2 stone in 9 months. But I would like it to come off a little faster if possible, so I have to do the inevitable EXERCISE. I've been watching the biggest loser and they have a certain amount of calories they need to burn a day. My question is, how many calories would someone need to burn a day through both exercise and normal activity to lose weight. I've heard 8000 calories a day but this seems ecessessive.
