What are the best early morning exercises to lose weight?
I'm a sophmore in high school, and i'm overweight. Not horribly so, just enough that I need a little help to get back in shape. Since I'm usually so tired when I get home that I don't feel like exercising, i'm going to try waking up early like 6 00, since I have to be on the bus by 8 00 and exercising then instead.
